Rules for using Brandnest products, subscriptions, integrations, automation, messaging and AI-assisted tools.
What Brandnest Provides
Brandnest provides business software for reviews, reputation, social publishing, messaging, ads, leads, QR campaigns, loyalty, referrals, customer engagement, analytics and AI-assisted workflows.
Business Use
Brandnest is intended for business use. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to connect business accounts, manage customer data, publish content, send messages and run campaigns.
Account Responsibilities
You must keep login credentials secure, maintain accurate account information, review team access, comply with applicable laws and promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
Connected Platforms
Brandnest integrates with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and other providers. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, API rules and permission requirements.
Platform Permissions
Brandnest requests permissions based on the feature you choose. Publishing, messaging, reviews, insights and ads may require different permissions. You can disconnect integrations where supported.
Customer Data
Businesses are responsible for collecting customer data lawfully, obtaining required consent, honoring opt-outs and using Brandnest customer workflows in a compliant way.
Reviews and Reputation
You must not use Brandnest to manipulate reviews, offer prohibited incentives, suppress honest feedback unlawfully or violate Google, Meta or other platform review policies.
Messaging and Automation
You are responsible for message content, consent, opt-outs, timing, frequency and compliance with platform messaging rules and local laws.
AI-Generated Content
AI suggestions are not final advice or guaranteed correct. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving AI-generated content before use.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid products may be monthly, yearly, trial-based or one-time purchases. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund handling are shown during checkout or in billing pages.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Brandnest for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, scraping, unauthorized data access, platform abuse, credential harvesting, harassment or misleading customer communications.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay, misuse integrations or expose Brandnest or connected platforms to compliance risk.
Disclaimers and Liability
Brandnest is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee search rankings, review removal, ad outcomes, lead volume, platform availability or uninterrupted access.
