How Brandnest collects, uses, stores, shares and protects business, customer and integration data.
Effective date: July 4, 2026. Brandnest is operated by Unflip Technologies LLP. Contact us at privacy@brandnest.app. This policy explains how Brandnest handles information when businesses, team members and end customers use our website, dashboard, integrations and services.
This policy applies to business users such as owners, managers, agencies, employees and team members, and to end customers who interact with Brandnest-powered forms, QR codes, review request links, loyalty programs, referral forms, lead forms, messaging flows or support workflows.
For Brandnest account, subscription, billing and workspace data, Brandnest decides how that data is processed. For end-customer data collected by a business through Brandnest, the business usually decides why the data is collected and Brandnest processes it to provide the requested service.
We may collect name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, team member details, login and authentication details, subscription and billing records, support messages, workspace settings, product usage logs and connected integration settings.
Depending on how a business uses Brandnest, we may process customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, feedback, review request status, loyalty activity, referral codes, reward activity, lead details, message content and support conversations.
When a business connects Google services, Brandnest may access only the Google data required for selected features, such as business profile, location, review and performance information. We do not sell Google user data and use it only to provide and improve user-facing Brandnest features.
When a business connects Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Messenger, Instagram messaging or Meta ads, Brandnest may process page, account, content, comment, message, lead, ad and insight data based on permissions granted by the business.
Brandnest may use AI to suggest replies, captions, summaries, insights, reports, ad copy and support responses. AI output should be reviewed by the business before use, especially when communicating with customers or publishing public content.
We use information to provide products, authenticate users, connect integrations, process billing, send service messages, detect abuse, improve reliability, provide support, generate reports, comply with law and maintain platform security.
We share information only with service providers, subprocessors, connected platforms selected by the business, legal authorities when required, or with the business workspace that collected the data. We do not sell customer data.
We retain information while needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Businesses can request deletion, disconnect integrations or remove workspace data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls, encrypted connections where available, limited staff access and monitoring for misuse.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, export or restriction of certain personal data. Contact privacy@brandnest.app for privacy requests.
