Data Deletion Instructions
How business users, customers and platform users can request deletion of Brandnest or connected platform data.
Business Users
Business users can request account, workspace, integration, billing-support and product usage data deletion, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud prevention, tax, dispute or security reasons.
End Customers
If you are a customer of a business using Brandnest, contact the business first because it controls why your data was collected. You may also email us and we will help route the request.
Meta Data Deletion
If you connected Facebook or Instagram to Brandnest, you may disconnect Brandnest from your Meta account and request deletion of stored Meta Platform data by emailing privacy@brandnest.app.
Google Data Deletion
If you connected Google services to Brandnest, you may disconnect the integration and request deletion of stored Google API data by emailing privacy@brandnest.app.
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete verified requests as soon as practical, unless retention is required by law, billing records, security, fraud prevention or dispute handling.
