Security Practices
We use access controls, encrypted transport where available, secure password handling, limited staff access, activity monitoring, backups and operational controls appropriate for our services.
OAuth and Integrations
Brandnest uses OAuth or platform-approved authorization where available. We do not ask users for social media passwords. Tokens are used only for selected Brandnest features.
Employee Access
Internal access is limited to authorized personnel who need access for support, operations, security, billing or compliance purposes.
Incident Response
If we identify a security issue affecting users, we will investigate, take containment steps and communicate where required by law or platform obligations.
